The embodied way home workshop is a multifaceted series designed to guide each participant back home to their embodied true selves. Through diverse approaches and the expertise of 3 different facilitators, this immersive experience offers a unique blend and exploration of somatic integration, sound therapy, ritual, fascial release, herbology, and sensory awakening.

About Sarah
Sarah McGlynn is a registered relational somatic therapist, certified sound therapist and founder of Sound Body & Mind Counselling. She is passionate about empowering individuals on their healing journeys. With a background in music performance, she integrates her love for music into her therapeutic work. Sarah specializes in creating experiential workshops to enhance embodiment and somatic awareness. Her group immersions foster connections and shared healing experiences. Her studies in Neuro-linguistics and breathwork further her holistic approach.

About Marie
Marie Zak is a herbalist and somatic therapist. She works with the wisdom of the body and healing plants to support people to restore their nervous system and move through the world in authentic, embodied ways. Marie completed her herbal studies through Pacific Rim College, and is a Registered Herbal Therapist with the British Columbia Herbalists Association (BCHA). She is the co-founder of Althaea Herbals. She completed her Somatic Relational Therapy training through Mariah Moser’s program, Opening to Grace, and has studied ancestral healing with Daniel Foor.

Kimberly Davitsky is a Therapeutic & Holistic Facialist and founder of Sage’s Sparrow, working with fascia, the lymphatic system and reflections of imbalance that are reflected in the skin. Over the past two years, Kimberly has delved into the empowering practices of Human Garage. This work emphasizes taking an active role in healing by releasing stress and emotional trauma through specific movements, breathwork, and intention, ultimately freeing the body from fascial restrictions.
In this class, you will:
Discover how rituals enhance sensory experience and foster balance
Connect with your inner and outer worlds through intentional rituals
